Please note! To make an appointment to the Russian visa center, you must specify the applicants’ personal data, dates and purpose of a trip and pay the service fee of the visa center.

Prepare passports, invitation and bank card to enter the data in exact accordance with them.

A minor child and his / her accompanying adult, if he/she needs a visa, must be registered for an appointment together, or at least on the same day.

Specify the full phone number with the «+» sign and country code. Check your email address carefully.

After confirmation of the appointment, corrections, changes of the appointment time or cancellation of the appointment are not allowed.

Only persons scheduled for an appointment or who have made an appointment will be admitted to the visa center upon presentation of the relevant documents.

You can apply for a visa without an appointment through the Premium lounge.

Applicants with a telex invitation from the Russian MFA and students of Russian universities with MIA invitations can apply for a visa on any working day from 10 AM to 1 PM without appointment.

Please note:

  1. Only persons with appointment will be admitted to the visa center upon presentation of a passport or ID-card.
  2. Please arrive at the visa center not earlier than 15 minutes before and not later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
  3. The service fee paid when booking an appointment is non-refundable, but it will be retained by you when you arrive at the visa center for submission under the following conditions:
    If you are late to the visa center for more than 15 minutes, you will have to pay an additional fee of 75 GEL per applicant for the “Out of time of appointment service”. This service is paid if you arrive at the visa center within 5 working days after the date of the appointment. If you arrive at the visa center later than 5 working days after the date of the appointment, you will be offered to use the Premium Lounge at an additional cost of 250 GEL per applicant.
