Powers of attorney and other notarial services
To notarize a power of attorney, the applicant must contact the Russian Contact Center in Tbilisi during business hours (pre-registration is required), taking with him
- foreign and internal passports (+ copies);
- copies of passports of the authorized person;
- if a power of attorney is issued to dispose of property, then you must present documents confirming ownership.
If a power of attorney is issued on behalf of a legal entity, then additional title documents of this legal entity will be required:
- charter;
- certificate of state registration;
- tax registration certificate;
- document on the appointment of the executive body;
- other documents confirming the powers of the principal.
Our specialist:
- will check the documents and, based on the data provided by the applicant, prepare the text of the power of attorney;
- will enter the applicant’s data and the text of the power of attorney on the consular information portal of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- will make an appointment for the applicant at the consular department of the Russian Interests Section at the Swiss Embassy in Georgia;
- if necessary, make copies of documents (additional service);
- will give the applicant a printed draft power of attorney and registration information.
The service fee for visa center services is 80 GEL.
