Powers of attorney and other notarial services

To notarize a power of attorney, the applicant must contact the Russian Contact Center in Tbilisi during business hours (pre-registration is required), taking with him

  • foreign and internal passports (+ copies);
  • copies of passports of the authorized person;
  • if a power of attorney is issued to dispose of property, then you must present documents confirming ownership.

If a power of attorney is issued on behalf of a legal entity, then additional title documents of this legal entity will be required:

  • charter;
  • certificate of state registration;
  • tax registration certificate;
  • document on the appointment of the executive body;
  • other documents confirming the powers of the principal.

Our specialist:

  • will check the documents and, based on the data provided by the applicant, prepare the text of the power of attorney;
  • will enter the applicant’s data and the text of the power of attorney on the consular information portal of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
  • will make an appointment for the applicant at the consular department of the Russian Interests Section at the Swiss Embassy in Georgia;
  • if necessary, make copies of documents (additional service);
  • will give the applicant a printed draft power of attorney and registration information.

The service fee for visa center services is 50 GEL.
